IIT, Ropar

Under Phase-I of the IIT Ropar development, this project entailed the construction of multiple buildings and installation of essential infrastructure. The scope included the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of light fixtures, fans, fire alarm systems, UPS, building management systems (BMS), and a solar photovoltaic (PV) plant.

The project also included a comprehensive maintenance contract spanning 1+4 years, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, false ceiling work was carried out to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the buildings.
